of IVR Systems With 65 Ports And Up

Santa Clara, California � December 28, 2000 SANTA CLARA,
Calif., December 28, 2000 - Edify Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary
of S1 Corporation (NASDAQ: SONE), was listed as the fastest growing
provider of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems with 65 Ports
and Up in the United States in 1999, according to a September 2000
published report by Gartner Dataquest.
According to the report, Edify was listed as the
fastest growing provider, in both the number of IVR systems with
65 Ports and Up and in Add-On Interactive Voice Response Ports,
65 Ports and Up systems. Edify also had the largest U.S. market
share in high end (65 Ports and Up) systems in 1999. "
The Gartner Dataquest survey confirms our position
as one of the fastest growing high-end IVR providers in North America,"

The Gartner Dataquest report, which is entitled "U.S.
Interactive Voice Response Market Share and Forecast, 2000,"
covers shipments from 1995 to 1999 and forecasts annual revenue
growth in the North American IVR market to exceed nine percent in
the years 2000 through 2004.
