Edify and EnvoyWorldWide Announce Industry's First Integrated, Two Way Wireless Customer Management System

Integrated offering adds multi-modal outbound communications capabilities to leading wireless customer interaction and campaign management solution

Under the terms of the agreement, the parties will integrate Edify's wireless vCSR (virtual Customer Service Representative) customer interaction system with EnvoyWorldWide's EnvoyXpress one-to-many messaging platform to deliver the industry's first integrated, wireless customer management system.

More than one million wireless customers around the world currently use Edify vCSR systems to access company information and complete transactions. Now Edify and EnvoyWorldWide will offer enterprises the ability to also reach out to unlimited numbers of customers on a selective and proactive basis.
