　　 克莱瑞狄公司（上海）代表处的主要工作是推广克莱瑞狄公司的电话语音产品，为各个行业提供完整的一体化呼叫中心和CTI解决方案，同时上海代表处还承担技术支持、部分版本汉化、升级以及相应的市场活动。

　　 克莱瑞狄公司拥有其全部产品的自主知识产权。其产品涉及呼叫中心各个功能模块，可以轻松地为用户提供一站式服务（one-step-solution）。其解决方案灵活，能够兼顾客户已有的电话语音系统设施，进行有效的功能补充。所有克莱瑞狄的解决方案都具有易升级、易扩容、易维护等特点。

　　 为了更好地服务中国的市场，克莱瑞狄公司积极将产品本地化，结合用户的实际需求和产品特性，修改用户使用界面，并对其核心技术进行相应的汉化。

　　 由于采用了合理的市场策略以及快速的客户服务响应速度，在2005年十月，克莱瑞狄公司成功地为上海市松江区政府实施了便民服务中心系统项目。

Sales manager

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor degree in computer, communication-related field
  2. Strong communication, creative thinking and presentation skills
  3. Demonstrated sales success in attaining quota objectives
  4. Ability to develop senior level business relationships with customers
  5. Experience in selling software/applications a plus
  6. Experience in selling telecommunication products (telephone systems)
  7. Fluent in English or German

Responsibilities:

  1. understanding the CTI industry and articulating the business value of Clarity solutions, including services, to business users.
  2. capturing and updating opportunities for the sales funnel
  3. maintaining and building strong relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction
  4. Coordinating resources to ensure all activities of pre-sales, installation, services and follow-up are completed on time and with superior quality

Support Engineer

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree in communication
  2. as least 3 years work experience in communication industry, CTI industry experience is preferred.
  3. know-how with switch, communication, database and windows
  4. familiar with telecommunication, computer hardware and network

Programmer

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree in communication
  2. as least 3 years work experience in programming (C++ or Visual Basic, PHP or ASP).
  3. know-how with switch, communication, database and windows
  4. familiar with telecommunication, computer hardware and network
