　　杭州易才博普奥企业管理咨询有限公司成立于2007年7月，为易才集团下属的全资子公司，注册资金500万人民币。公司目前拥有国际领先的VOIP式呼叫中心平台，配有机房、座席、通信线路、计算机软硬件系统、特服号码、培训室、集体宿舍等各种资源。一期位于杭州市下沙经济开发区浙大中自科技园，占地1200平方米，设有物理座席163个；二期位于开发区新加坡科技园，占地1000平米，设有物理座席141个。

　　 易才博普奥目前在北京、杭州、上海、西安、佛山、武汉和大连等地设有分支机构，服务客户数十家。杭州易才博普奥是中国第一家BPO人才实训和就业基地，公司的技术人员和管理者均来自呼叫中心行业，他们拥有资深的行业经验。常年接收大、中专院校毕业生和社会人员，对他们进行专业化培训后进入实操训练阶段，为客户储备BPO行业的各类中高端人才；同时结合客户需求，为呼叫中心外包业务提供整体解决方案。现主要服务于电子商务、金融、通信、IT、人力资源等行业客户。

Hangzhou CTG- BPO Enterprise Management Consultant Co., Ltd , a wholly-owned sub-company of China Talent Group, was established in July 2007 with a registered capital of 5 million in RMB. The company is installed with world leading VOIP Call Center platform which is equipped with plant room, seats, communication lines, computer hardware and software system, special service numbers, training rooms and dormitories for the staff. The first stage of the installation is situated at Zheda Zhongzi S&T Park in Xiasha Economical Development Zone, which covers an area of 1,200 square meters and is equipped with 163 seats; the second stage is at Singapore S&T Park in Xiasha Economical Development Zone, covering an area of 1,000 square meters and equipped with 141 seats.

CTG-BPO has set up sub-insitutions in Beijing, Hangzhou,Shanghai, Xi’an, Foshan, Wuhan and Dalian to server dozens of companies. Hangzhou CTG- BPO is the first BPO talent training and employment base,.The technical staffs and managers all come from CC industry who have a wealth of experience in the industry. We regularlly receive college graduates and social personnels, and conduct professional training on them to store various high-end talents for customers of BPO industry; Meanwhile, combining customers’ demands, provide CC outsourcing service industry with total solution.
