  号码百事通业务:基于中国电信114服务台的增值业务的统称,是在挖掘和整合用户号码信息的基础上,延伸和拓展传统的查号业务,满足用户现实和潜在的各类信息查询需求,将114台打造成一个综合类信息服务平台,提高中国电信差异化服务优势。

   综合传媒业务:依托中国电信丰富的公话、发票/帐单、户外楼宇等媒体资源,快速切入媒体及广告市场,打造中国电信媒体及广告价值链,为客户提供从发布、促销到交易,及其他配套服务等一体化综合传媒解决方案。

   网络搜索业务:114互联网搜索是中国电信与微软合作,以先进的互联网搜索技术为基础,整合固网和互联网资源,为用户提供免费的一站式互联网搜索服务。

   电话信息业务:电话信息业务包括电话电子商务、企业信息服务和电话聊天等声讯业务,向用户提供综合性、个性化、全方位的信息服务,以方便、快捷、准确而深得用户的青睐,真正做到“知百事、通天下”。

Shanghai Best Tone Information Service Branch of China Telecom (Shanghai Best Tone)was established in May, 2008, with almost 1000 seats of Call Center, mainly undertaking multimedia communication and information service, designing, producing, publishing and agenting domestic and foreign advertisements of all kinds, managing the “Best-tone” service and voice service relating to communication and information business.

Focusing on the China Telecom’s transformation strategy of “transferring from a traditional basic operator to a service supplier of modern comprehensive information”, based upon company's core concept of value “Comprehensive Innovation, Pragmatic Execution, People-centered Approach, Value-added Cooperation”, Shanghai Best Tone has become a Shanghai local authoritative supplier of information releasing and integrative solution, an advanced supplier of business information search engine as well as a professional service supplier of life consumption information, which is customer centered and gradually meeting society’s diverse information needs.

The scope of current products is including:

“Best-tone” Service: It is a series of value-added information services based on China Telecom’s 114 information desk, upon the foundation of digging & integrating users’ number information, aiming to extend & develop the traditional number enquire service, to satisfy users’ current and potential demands of various information enquire, to promote China Telecom’s predominance of differentiated services by building 114 to a comprehensive information service platform.

Integrated Media Service: It is an incorporate integrated media solution, relying on the abundant media resources such as public phones, invoices/bills, outdoor buildings possessed by China Telecom, rapidly entering media & advertising markets, building the value chain of China Telecom media and advertisement, providing customers with information launch, promotion, transaction, as well as other supporting services.

Network Search Service: 114 internet search engine is a one-stop internet search service provided to customers free through integrating fixed-line phone resource and internet resource, cooperating with Microsoft, based on the advanced internet search technology.

Telephone Information Service: It is a serial of voice service including telephone e-commerce, enterprise information service, telephone chatting, ect., providing comprehensive, characteristic & all-aspect information services to customers, which is a real “know-all and connecting the world ” function highly appreciated by users for its convenience, efficiency and accuracy.
