Nortel, eLoyalty To Deliver Hosted Solution

ELoyalty announced an alliance with Nortel to include its complete eCRM software in eLoyalty's new electronic Customer Relationship Management (eCRM) offering Loyalty Foundation. Through this relationship with Nortel Networks Clarify* eBusiness Applications, Loyalty Foundation provides a one stop shopping approach to the task of integrating and managing multiple channels of customer interactions. Loyalty Foundation is an Internet-based hosted eCRM solution that helps companies measure and improve customer loyalty quickly and effectively. Nortel's Clarify eFrontOffice is a key part of the Loyalty Foundation solution.
