Sitel Providing Services to ePeople
Sitel and ePeople (formerly NoWonder),
an online marketplace for IT services and support, announced a nonexclusive strategic
partnership in which Sitel will provide interactive technical assistance to ePeople's
online marketplace using text-based chat and full collaboration between the customer
service professional's workstation and the customer's PC. Sitel will use several
ePeople tools including Talkback, for remote diagnostics, and desktop sharing.
Sitel currently handles over one million customer contacts per day in more than
25 languages.

EMiser Outsources To National Support Center
National Support Center,
a provider of outsourced customer support services for Internet Service Providers
(ISPs), announced an agreement to provide outsourced customer support services
to eMiser, a Houston-based business-to-business Internet company providing Internet
services to financial institutions. EMiser offers financial organizations the
opportunity to provide members with dial-up Internet access, enabling companies
to offer valuable Internet services beyond those of typical financial institutions.
By partnering with National Support Center, eMiser can now offer financial institutions
full customer support to handle ISP-related calls from members.

Interlynx Technology, provider
of web and IVR-based self-service applications for human resources, announced
their InterAction product is a key component of the eWorkforce Solution from KPMG
Consulting. The eWorkforce Solution strategic alliance includes four leaders from
their respective industries who have integrated their products and KPMG Consulting's
strategy development and integration services. In the Solution, InterAction is
providing employees with the ability to perform work-life transactions over the
Web via an enterprise information portal.

Valco Chooses Cintech's NetVia
Valco Cincinnati, a supplier of adhesive
application equipment, has selected Cintech's NetVia e-contact center to support
their e-business initiative. NetVia, a virtual e-contact tool designed for small
to mid-size entities, will allow Valco Cincinnati to unify all voice, email and
web interactions for more effective communications and management information.
It will connect resources located anywhere in the Valco organization to create
a virtual, networked e-contact center.

Onyx Software announced
the results of a research study on the effectiveness of the leading North American
financial institutions when it comes to serving customers and prospective customers
online. The study revealed that 56% of the firms studied either did not accept
Web-based queries or did not respond to e-inquiries placed online by potential
