Eyretel和Cisco系统公司结为合作伙伴

Eyretel, a provider of contact center
recording and analysis solutions announces that they will be working with Cisco
Systems. Cisco made a minority investment in Eyretel prior to their flotation
on the London Stock exchange in April, 2000. The move is part of Cisco's strategy
to partner with companies to develop new products for its AVVID (Architecture
for Voice, Video and Integrated Data) program.

EIS International announced a new corporate
identity and strategic direction. The company name has been changed to Portal
Connect, Inc., and it will leverage EIS' telephony-based roots to provide the
market with turnkey Business Interaction Portal (BIP) solutions that ensure seamless
and efficient contact with customers via multiple communication channels that
span telephony and the Web.

Gartner: Call Centers and E-Commerce Drive Customer Loyalty
According
to a new study by Gartner Group, enterprises engaged in e-commerce should ensure
that their call centers are in order before spending time and money on cutting-edge
e-commerce applications. The Gartner study contains the results of interviews
with 600 decision-makers of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions in
North America. According to the Gartner survey, enterprises rank e-commerce as
their most important investment priority, but call center applications are ranked
first in terms of functional importance.
