Envision Telephony Launches Click2Coach

Envision Telephony announced the launch of Click2Coach, software to help contact center agents increase their overall effectiveness through an eLearning suite of tools designed to provide the essential components of a successful coaching program -- evaluation, motivation and training. Click2Coach is an extension of the SoundByte Enterprise quality monitoring product suite. Click2Coach offers coaching tools and content delivered directly to the agent's desktop via a customizable, browser-based window. Supervisors have the ability to send personalized training clips to an individual agent or an entire group as soon as a need arises. Click2Coach also blends automated call monitoring, recording and evaluation with the integrated coaching tools.

Altitude Unveils CRM With WAP Support

Altitude Software introduced uCI 2000, an integrated customer relationship management platform that provides a view of all interactions with customers across multiple channels including telephony, email, web and Wireless Application Protocol (WAP). The uCI 2000 suite, currently in beta in the United States, Europe and Latin America, consists of six software applications leveraging a single data repository to store and consolidate all customer information.

Plantronics Offering Colorful Accessories

Plantronics announced a new line of accessory color voice tubes, called AttiTubes, for Plantronics call center headsets. AttiTubes color voice tubes are available in two sizes and five colors: orange, green, pink, blue and purple. The familiar clear voice tubes are also still available.
