Portal, is the first in the market to enable call center services through voice
over IP from remote locations.

Net2Phone
and SpeechWorks announced that Net2Phone will license speech recognition technology
from SpeechWorks. They have signed a Memorandum of Understanding under which the
two companies will work together to enter into a definitive agreement to speech-enable
Net2Phone's platform and facilitate the deployment of SoIP (Speech over IP) based
services. Net2Phone also intends to acquire a minority equity interest in SpeechWorks.

Internet CRM solution for small and mid-sized companies. Under the same agreement,
E.piphany has agreed to evaluate Sedona's profitability and visual profiling technologies
for possible inclusion in E.4.

Siebel announced support
for IBM's AS/400e server platform, with general availability of Siebel eBusiness
2000 Applications on IBM AS/400 servers expected before the end of the calendar
year. With Siebel eBusiness Applications, companies that rely on the AS/400 can
leverage a single source of customer information to enhance sales and service
across multiple channels, including the Web, call centers, field, resellers, retail,
and dealer networks.
