AVT Corporation and iManage,
a provider of e-business content and collaboration software platforms and applications,
announced that AVT's RightFAX Document Management Connector software has been
integrated with iManage's infoRite 5.0.
IEX新的客户“支持”程序

IEX In New "Advocacy" Program
IEX announced the implementation of a new
customer advocate program. IEX customer advocates proactively develop close working
relationships with customers through regularly scheduled contacts. Customer advocates
also offer customers an alternative point of contact when they are unsure to whom
they need to speak about an issue. In addition to directing them to the appropriate
person the advocate continues to act as a facilitator and liaison, assisting the
customer in working with other departments and helping to ensure a satisfactory
result.
AMC为Agilent的CAG呼叫中心提供集成产品

AMC Providing Integration For Agilent's
CAG Centers
AMC Technology announced that it has contracted with the Chemical
Analysis Group (CAG) of Agilent Technologies to provide the Telephony Connectors
for Agilent's CAG call centers worldwide. After an eight month testing period,
CAG went live with its call center operation in Waldbronn, Germany in early May.
The CAG Customer Interaction Center is based on an implementation of SAP R/3 (several
modules) and operates with Hewlett Packard's Smart Contact front office solution.

CommercialWare says that
Staples, a $9 billion retailer of office supplies, furniture and technology, has
selected CommercialWare's retail commerce solutions to seamlessly integrate its
enterprise-wide order entry, order management, fulfillment and customer service
initiatives. Staples will deploy CommercialWare's retail.dot.commerce solution
suite in its operations centers that support the company's catalog, e-commerce
and special order businesses in the United States and Canada.
