Music Telecom获许生产销售Cisco公司的PBXmedia

MUSIC Telecom和Cisco公司公布一项协议：Cisco系统公司将授权MUSIC Telecom公司做为独家生产和分发PBXmedia DAC 16的公司。这一产品属于电话板系列，可与数字PBX产品集成，例如北电（Nortel）,西门子（Siemens），爱立信（ericsson）等公司的产品。

PBXmedia DAC 16来自Calista公司，一家Cisco的附属公司，主要提供数字PBX的集成产品。

Cisco Licenses PBXmedia to Music Telecom

MUSIC Telecom and Cisco Systems announced an agreement under which Cisco Systems will license MUSIC Telecom to exclusively manufacture and distribute its PBXmedia DAC 16. This product belongs to the collection of telephony boards used to integrate with proprietary digital PBXs such as Nortel, Siemens, Ericsson, and others. The PBXmedia DAC 16 was acquired from Calista, Ltd., a subsidiary of Cisco Systems, which is a provider of integration products for the Digital PBX (Private Branch Exchanges).

Hyperdynamics Selects PaylinX for  Payment Outsourcing Solution

PaylinX Corporation, which builds payment solutions for Internet businesses, call centers and large enterprises, says that Hyperdynamics, an Information Technology Service Provider (ITSP), has selected the PaylinX enterprise-wide payment software for the Hyperdynamics host server. Hyperdynamics provides conventional IT services, migration services from conventional ways of doing business to eBusiness, and complete IT hosting services through its wholly owned subsidiary, IThost.net.

Apropos' Tools Picked By Blue Martini

Apropos Technology says their Total Interaction Management solution was selected by Blue Martini Software, a provider of e-business applications. Apropos Version 4 will be deployed at Blue Martini's internal support site headquarters in San Mateo, CA and at the Blue Martini support site in Bangalore, India. The Apropos solution will help enhance the customer's experience within the technical support center. In addition, the Apropos solution will be integrated with the existing Blue Martini application and other third party applications currently being utilized within the Blue Martini contact center.

Peregrine Systems announced a strategic partnership with Motive Communications, Inc. to offer advanced electronic service and support capabilities in the Get.It! and ServiceCenter product suites. This combined offering uses a new technology from Motive called the MotiveNet Server and allows for automated diagnosis and resolution of common IT problems.
