Kana Communications. The two companies have joined forces by integrating

Telemedia Gets Australian Switch Sales
Telemedia gaining a new AU$1.5 million contract in Singapore. Telemedia
has just won a contract to supply a Singapore service provider with an
international resale switching network. The equipment will be sold through
CommVerge's Singapore office. The initial contract is for two switches
worth AU$788,000 with two additional switches to be ordered in June 2000,
bringing the total up to AU$1.5 million.

PC Helps Gets Minn Paper Outsourcing
The Minneapolis Star Tribune newspaper and its communication sibling,
www.startribune.com, have made the strategic decision to "selectively
outsource" support of the off-the-shelf software applications used in
its day-to-day operations to PC Helps Support. PC users at the Star and
its website access PC Helps by calling the Help Desk Center and pressing
the menu option for questions relating to Microsoft Office, GroupWise
and Photoshop.

direct marketing and online retailers, as its newest client. Willow is
a rapidly growing customer care network that uses proprietary technology,
including a sophisticated high-speed telecommunications network, to provide
clients with access to the Willow CyberCenter Network梐 network of specially
trained, independently contracted customer service specialists, or "CyberAgent
CSRs" who work from their professionally equipped home offices.

AVT Delivers Unified Messaging For AS/400
AVT announced its CallXpress unified messaging solution passed the IBM
benchmark testing to provide unified messaging in an IBM AS/400 server
environment with Lotus Notes and Domino. An extension of a global alliance
that began in October of 1999, the CallXpress product qualification represents
the first and only unified messaging solution to receive AS/400 benchmark
approvals from IBM and Lotus.

Meta Group announced findings that predict a 50% annual growth rate
