Customer Engineer
Responsible for the installation, maintenance and operation of
the customer's Call Centre / IT infrastructure. The candidate will
station in Shenzhen and should possess:
- University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 2 years experience in Telecommunication / IT field
- Knowledge in Telecom, PABX, PC and networking
- Familiar with Database, IVR, VB or Java Language, will be an
advantage
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
- Customer-focused, teamwork, and outgoing personality
- Good analytical mind
- Training will be provided
客户软件工程师
职位主要职责：
需负责安装，维修保养及操作客户的呼叫中心和信息技术构建。合适的员工将会驻扎深圳。
其岗位要求如下:
- 计算机、通信相关专业，本科或以上学历;
- 2年以上在电讯或IT行业的软件开发及技术支持工作经验;
- 具备电信，PABX，PC 及网络的知识;
- 熟悉数据库，IVR，VB或Java 语言;
- 有良好的中、英文语言能力;
- 具有高度的责任感和团队合作精神;
- 具有良好的分析能力，表达能力;
