Call Center运营管理顾问 (人数 1)
工作地点:北京、上海或广州
主要职责:
负责实施对客户公司Call Center的运营管理顾问服务,包括管理技巧和客服技巧的培训课程;协助进行相关的市场拓展工作。
要求:
- 大学本科毕业
- 具备2年以上Call Center运营管理/培训经验
- 良好的人际沟通能力
- 良好的书面及口头语言表达技巧
- 英文达8级水平
- 工作主动积极,独立性强
Software Engineer
工作地点:大连
The successfully candidate will be responsible to assist in the
development and support of application systems relating to eBusiness
Solutions and Customer Interaction Centers.
Responsibilities:
· To design and develop software applications according to specifications
· To provide technical support to internal and external customers
Requirements:
· University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
· 1-3 years of IT experience with business applications
· Solid experience in JAVA, C++ and Visual Basic
· Knowledge in client server technology, web-based system, Microsoft
Windows Systems, Unix and Linux Systems
· Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
· Self-motivated, customer-focused, teamwork, good communication
skill, good analytical mind and outgoing personality
· Knowledge and experience in J2EE application development, product
development, turnkey solutions, call center solutions, and/or CRM
solutions will be an advantage
Senior Software Engineer
The successfully candidate will be responsible to lead a team to
develop and support application systems relating to eBusiness Solutions
and Customer Interaction Centers.
Responsibilities:
· To architect application solutions according to user requirements
· To lead the development team to deliver application solutions
· To provide technical support to internal and external customers
Requirements:
· University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
· 4-8 years of IT experience with business applications with at
least 2 years in team leader role
· Solid experience in JAVA/J2EE, C++, Visual Basic, Windows system
programming, network programming and database programming,
· Knowledge in client server technology, web-based system, Microsoft
Windows Systems, Unix and Linux Systems
· Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
· Self-motivated, customer-focused, teamwork, good communication
skill, good analytical mind and outgoing personality
· Knowledge and experience in J2EE application development, product
development, call center solutions, and/or CRM solutions will be
an advantage
