Job title: Strategic Accounts Manager 销售经理

Responsibilities:
--Strategy, Planning and Reporting
--Make a substantial input to forecasting and setting sales targets for the region.
-- Accomplish sales quota
--Negotiate deals and maintain key customer and solution partner contacts.
--Comprehensive understanding of both the customers' and solution partners' businesses and that of their market competitors, to ensure that effective strategic solutions is provided.
--Understanding competitors' products and sales strategies.
--Produce account plans, business forecasts and revenue reports to the Country Manager in a timely manner
--Team Player
--Provide assistance and support to the teams in order to enhance their position with prospective customers

Requirements:
-Substantial solution sales experience
-Extensive experience in a relationship / strategic selling environment
-Experience in selling software / IT products
-Experience in the development of business relationships and developing strategic plans
-Strategic business management skills
-Commercial astuteness with proven ability to create strategic plans which satisfy customers' needs and businesses
-Working knowledge of all the Company's products
-Possess good initiative, highly motivated
- 5 years above working experience of related area in multinational company
-Experience with conducting presentations and demonstrations to all levels of people is desirable
-Tertiary qualifications in a related business or commercial discipline
- Fluent English both in oral and written

Job Title: Strategic Channel Manager 渠道经理

Job Responsibility
- Development of channel sales strategy and execute the implementation
- Negotiates with key channel contacts in the national market in accordance with overall company sales strategy
- Develop and maintain partner relationship through the sales process and also through to final implementation
- Understand partnership requirements and develop integrated solutions that are leading edge, cost effective and competitive
- Promotional / sales / technical support to the Sales team and contribution to the implementation for all partners selling
- Frequent contact and management with partners

Requirements
- 3~5 years working experience of related area in multinational company
- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or Sales / Marketing Management
- Specific product technology / product knowledge
- Professional presentation and communication methods
- Basic financial, commercial, logistic and legal knowledge
- Knowledge on partners' culture and business process and value chain
- Knowledge on international, national and intra-company culture
- Self motivated and ambitious in developing business
- Fluent English both in oral and written
- Leadership and team player skill
- Ability to analyze, creativity and strategic orientation
- Ability to travel frequently
