Training Supervisor (培训主管- 粤语)

Job responsibilities:

• Conduct training need analysis, and design and develop an overall training plan for the specific project;
  
• Deliver generic soft skills training, including effective phone communication skills, complaint and objection handling skills, dealing positively with upset callers, etc;
• Provide product and system application training;
• Deliver courses on Hong Kong culture, and responsible for Hong Kong accent neutralization;
• Make sure trainees understand correctly the call scripts and follow required call handling procedure.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 year experience in training
• 1 year call center working experience preferred
• University degree required
• Excellent training delivery and public speaking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong inter-personal skills
• Strong coaching and monitoring skills
• Excellence in MS office, such as excel, power point
• Excellent written and oral English skills
• Fluent Cantonese with an accent and style acceptable to HK customers

交换机软件工程师 工作地点：上海

要求：

计算机、通讯或相关专业大专以上学历；
熟悉操作系统（UNIX、NT）、主流数据库（Oracle、SQL Server、Sybase）、ACE或CORBA等，以上中至少一项，有相关资格认证或网络设备调测经验者优先；
2年以上C++ 及 C 编程经验;
具备一定的语音交换机常识及实时监控系统开发经验优先；
熟悉西门子、北电、Avaya等程控交换机优先；
能吃苦耐劳，可以适应灵活的工作时间；
积极上进，有良好的团队协作精神。
