Inside Sales Account Manager (销售主管)
- 通过电话销售的方式发展客户,代表世界知名网络科技公司销售其网络产品和解决方案,在电话上独立完成销售,达到销售指标;
- 保存和管理客户的资料和信息,有效和客户沟通,建立长期稳定和合作关系;
- 配合原厂销售人员,相互协作,共同寻找销售机会、制定销售计划、进行销售预测,完成指定区域内双方共同的销售目标;
- 在销售过程中,向客户提供技术方案、产品咨询、报价等相关信息。
职位要求:
- 大专及以上学历,
- IT 专业或IT行业工作背景,2-4年销售经验;
- 熟悉网络产品知识和解决方案;
- 熟悉CISCO网络产品优先;
- 出色的电话沟通技巧和谈判能力;
- 热爱销售工作,态度积极主动;
- 适应压力下工作,能够有效地进行自我调节和自我激励;
- 良好的时间管理技能和组织协调能力;
- 良好的英文听力和书面表达能力。
Line Manager (Networking Products)
Job Purpose:
- The line manager will lead inside sales to make sales on behalf
of a leading international networking company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop sales objectives, plans and strategy for the team,
and assign task for each sales person
- Develop motivation mechanism, incentive program and career
paths for the team
- Coach and develop sales to meet exceed sales quota
- Analyze sales statistics on daily basis and forecast sales
- Assist sales to negotiate and close major sales account
- Coordinate with other functional department on operational
issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6-8 years' experience in IT/Sales industry, 3-4 years at managerial
level
- Knowledge of Cisco networking products preferred
- Call center experience preferred but not required
- Solid knowledge of computer hardware and network
- Proven track record of successful management of sales team
- Proven leadership skills and team building skills
- Ability to motivate teams and drive peak performance
- Ability to coach and develop sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong conflict and problem solving skills
- Fluent English skills a must (both verbal and oral)
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Ability to perform duties with integrity, accountability and
professionalism
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, self-driven and motivated individual
Program Director (Networking Products)
Job Purpose:
- To lead the Insides Sales team to achieve sales quota for
networking products in mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define the objectives and strategies of the project, ensuring
successful achievement of targeted sales goals.
- Develop procedures, systems and process to improve performance
of project.
- Monitor, identify and resolve performance issues using prescribed
performance management techniques
- Review sales statistics on a regular basis and provide constructive
feedback
- Communicate with client on partnership, program changes and
other operational issues
- Establish motivational and recognition mechanism and career
path to drive a high level of performance, as well as to retain
the sales force
- Anticipate operation problems and propose resolutions in a
timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with mainland, HK and Taiwan Market preferred
- Knowledge of CISCO products preferred but not required
- 8-10 years' managerial experience in IT/Sales industry
- Proven track record of successful management of sales force
- Solid knowledge of computer hardware and network
- Proven leadership skills and team building skills
- Strong conflict and problem solving skills
- Excellent negotiation and communicate at all levels
