要求：

1. 对IP电话技术有扎实的基础知识；有VoIP行业或产品经验；
2. 有一种语音板卡开发经验或呼叫中心开发经验；
3. 熟悉一号信令、ISDN及7号信令；
4. 良好的中文及英文沟通能力；
5. 对技术支持工作有热心。
