Edify Now Used In China

Edify Corporation and ITApps Limited announced that one of the largest banks in China has selected Edify's Electronic Workforce platform. Edify's solution, which is integrated with ITApps' Interactive Loyalty framework, will enable the institution to quickly respond to customer inquiries and strengthen customer relationships. This agreement represents the first implementation of Edify's Electronic Workforce platform in the rapidly growing mainland China customer interaction market,a market driven by increased call volumes and the demand for new interactive self-service applications with multi-channel capabilities, such as voice, Web and mobile phone.


APAC发布ASP-CRM服务

APAC Launches ASP-CRM Services

CustomerAssistance.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of APAC Customer Services, has entered the Application Service Provider (ASP) marketplace, providing its growing base of outsourced electronic customer relationship management (e-CRM) and traditional clients with additional customer care options. Under the new model, CustomerAssistance.com will offer its multimedia-based e-CRM platform as a stand-alone solution. The company has signed two new business-to-business clients, and has built a significant pipeline for similar ASP business solutions across numerous vertical sectors, including financial, business-to-business and retail.


Xchange获得CustomerAnalytics

Xchange Acquiring CustomerAnalytics

Exchange Applications, now doing business as Xchange, Inc., has signed a definitive agreement to acquire privately held software and services provider CustomerAnalytics (based in Dallas, Texas). Xchange will integrate CustomerAnalytics' EnAct, a planning application for front line customer contact, into its eCRM (eCustomer Relationship Management) solution suite Xchange 4.0.
