AMS Launches CRM Benchmarking Tool For Financial Services

American Management Systems (AMS) announced the launch of an interactive customer relationship management (CRM) benchmarking tool to highlight CRM strategies within the financial services industry and determine whether or not they have been effective. AMS's CRM Scorecard is a free online resource to help financial institutions assess their current CRM infrastructure and capabilities to determine aptitudes, as well as those areas where improvement is necessary to thrive in a market that is demanding more fully customer-centric applications.

Catalyst Telecom Signs Distribution Agreement With Atcomm

Atcomm ("@comm") Corporation, a provider of telemanagement software, and Catalyst Telecom announced the signing of a master distribution agreement that certifies Catalyst Telecom as a distributor of the Xiox telephone management products. Under the agreement, Catalyst Telecom will now offer the Xiox software-based hospitality and commercial product line, which includes Xiox Lodging Software, Xiox General Business Software (GBS) for Windows, and Xiox Facilities Management Software (FMS) for Windows.

CallCenter@nywhere is a comprehensive call center that applies full ACD discipline to phone calls, faxes, e-mail, voice mail, chat sessions, web-callback and voice over IP calls. The latest version of the product is targeted at mission critical e-contact and call center customers who require uninterrupted service levels. These include brokerage houses, insurance companies, telephone companies, or ASPs (Application Service Providers).

BeVocal Announces Licensing Agreement With L&H

BeVocal, a consumer V-services company, will license Lernout & Hauspie's L&H RealSpeak text-to-speech technology to voice-enable applications for consumers. L&H RealSpeak, L&H's natural sounding synthetic speech engine, will enable BeVocal's voice portal service to read aloud any text with a natural, human-sounding voice, providing consumers with dynamic, personalized information via mobile phones.

Sitel, Bellsystem24 of Japan In Strategic Partnership

Sitel and Bellsystem24, Inc., Japan's largest comprehensive marketing agency, announced a broad-ranging exclusive strategic partnership. Under the terms of this exclusive partnership, Bellsystem24 will provide and implement eCRM management, services and support in Japan for Sitel's present clients and other Sitel clients entering the Japanese market. In return Sitel will provide eCRM solutions for Bellsystem24's clients in the United States. Within the partnership agreement are terms to encourage cross-border growth of existing clients as well as the mutual pursuit of new business. This exclusive partnership agreement includes terms for revenue sharing, but more specific financial details were not disclosed. In addition, both companies are agreeing to an active program of knowledge sharing and personnel exchange programs.

CosmoCom, vendor of unified contact center technology, has selected XTel Pty Limited as the primary Australian reseller of CosmoCall Universe. XTel was created from the merger of two Australian firms: JR Allied Communications Pty Ltd, a telecommunications brokerage and project management firm, and Delaney Communications Pty Ltd, an independent telecommunications consultancy.
