Lasik Vision借助Norstan呼叫中心解决方案扩展业务

Lasik Vision Expansion Aided by Norstan Call Center Solution

Lasik Vision Corporation, North America's fastest growing provider of laser vision eye correction, has installed a Norstan Canada call center solution to bring better service to patients and to address the company's aggressive expansion plans. Valued at over $1 million, the new call center investment will accommodate nearly 200 specialists to serve customers entering 15 clinics across Canada and in new clinics opening in the US.

Torch Chooses Point CRM

UK telecommunications operator Torch Telecom has chosen TeamPoint customer relationship management (CRM) as the heart of a new customer service initiative. The TeamPoint system, from Point Information Systems, gives agents a unified view of customers and brings together different customer-facing business processes including sales order processing, fault management and care. The CRM project, now in its second phase, was won by Point through integration partner ECsoft.

TSYS和Total Solutions公司与AT&T签约

TSYS & Total Solutions In AT&T Contract

Total System Services and its subsidiary, TSYS Total Solutions have signed an outsourcing agreement with AT&T to offer a full range of account management and customer care services for its long distance Direct Bill Card (DBC) consumer accounts. As part of this agreement AT&T's long distance DBC consumer accounts have been converted to the TS2 Processing System. TSYS will capitalize on its core competencies of transaction processing, as well as provide complete customer care management for AT&T.

SAP,北电网络结为策略联盟

SAP, Nortel Networks Enter Strategic Alliance

SAP announced a strategic alliance with Nortel Networks to develop and integrate industry-specific customer interaction solutions. As part of the agreement, SAP has embedded within mySAP.com customer interaction applications from the Nortel Networks Clarify eBusiness Applications unit to provide extended customer-service functionality and new levels of information access and use to businesses.
