InTelegy Providing CC Services To HomeGain
InTelegy announced a major services contract providing consulting, call
center design, implementation and on-site performance management for HomeGain,
Inc., a leading online site for matching home sellers with real estate
agents. InTelegy will deliver a variety of services including, assessing
and creating a customer service plan, developing an integrated contact
center and managing ongoing call center quality, productivity, personnel,
scheduling, training and expansion.

England. ITXC opened the London Super PoP in response to the demand from

telephony in Europe. C7 reduces the time it takes to complete calls and

EarthLink signed a five-year lease for the home of its rapidly expanding
call center operations in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The new facility is
conveniently located 20 minutes from EarthLink's previous call center
in New Cumberland and will house EarthLink's existing staff of more than
300 technical, Web-hosting and customer support representatives.
