ServiceWare的eService3.0

ServiceWare announced its new integrated product suite, eService Suite 3.0, a software and content solution that enables companies to provide personalized e-Service tailored to the specific needs of customers, partners, and employees. The new product is based on ServiceWare's Cognitive Processor, a statistical engine that mimics human thinking, allowing it to intelligently answer a question it has not heard before.

Zamba Provides Customer Care System for Enbridge

Zamba Solutions, a consultancy and business solutions provider, announced the completion of a front-office customer care solution for Enbridge Services that will help the company better understand and serve its customers. Zamba planned and integrated the complex system in a short time frame, facing the significant challenge of developing the system while Enbridge Services, a new subsidiary of Enbridge Inc., was concurrently defining its business processes. Enbridge is a provider of energy transportation and distribution services and the owner and operator of Canada's largest natural gas utility.

Philips Voice ReQuest!, makers of a tool for speech-enabled call routing, announced the release of Pure ReQuest! 200. This new version includes the ability to support 100% more names than the previous version. Other new enhancements include an increase in the names dictionary, plus an improved Voice User Interface, and faster, more accurate recognition and call processing.

The solution is also aimed at organizations with branch customer care locations that need to link with the organization's headquarters site.
