Central Office programmable telephony switch to use both the Red Hat Linux operating

Enterprise software to automate workforce management and improve customer service
levels at its customer contact centers across Sweden. The company's 38 customer
contact centres currently employ more than 1600 CSRs.

Cirilium Corporation,
a joint venture between Hypercom and Inter-Tel is showing their latest in carrier/enterprise
class IP telephony this week. Cirilium will be demonstrating a host of enhanced
IP services including their Unified Messaging, Web Phone, Touch-to-Talk and Web
Push technologies. These advanced Voice-Over-Internet-Protocol (VoIP) applications
are designed to run over Cirilium's IP Telephony infrastructure, Power~Suite.
Power~Suite encompasses the Media Gateways and NetControl Center that enable these
services to be provided over web-based communication networks.
