Aspect got the award of "Global Man Power-labor Management Market Development Strategy"

May 11, 2006--As the world largest provider of call center products and services, Aspect announced today that it won the award of "Global Man Power-labor Management Market Development Strategy" granted by the world famous consulting company--Frost & Sullivan.

TI winning IEC InfoVision for the PIQUA technique

Recently, Texas Instrument (TI) announced that it gained the annual InfoVision award granted by IEC for the PIQUA(TM) technique. IEC is a non-profitable organization. The famous InfoVision award is granted for the most special and significant technique, applications, products and services in the telecom industry. IEC announced the winner of this award at the IEC broadband world forum held recently in H.K.

Microsoft and Alcatel cooperating to provide call center solutions

Microsoft and Alcatel announced recently to enter into alliance relationship to provide CRM and callcenter solution in Europe, Mid East and Africa (EMEA) to mid-sized enterprise with 25-150 positions. The solution integrates OmniTouch Contact Center Premium Edition and is developed on Microsoft? Windows Server System?, Microsoft SQL Server? 2005 and Microsoft Dynamics? CRM 3.0(a new CRM solution launched by Microsoft). It also integrates Genesys Gplus Adapter that can run on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0
