Job location: Beijing or Shanghai
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as liaison between prospective customers and the
sales teams or Solution Partners to identify their business
processes, systems and product requirements
Document prospective customers' specification, communicate
these back to the sales teams or Solution Partners, utilise
and coordinate all available resources to ensure appropriate
solutions are provided to meet those needs
Project implementations
Anticipate, research, identify and develop solutions
to prospective customers' problems
Understand the prospective customers' business and the
issues they face in order to ensure that effective strategic
solutions are provided
Support aspects of the sales cycle including tender responses,
putting together proposals and conducting feasibility
studies and market research
Provide in-depth technical training to Solution Partners
Advise, assist and provide relief to the Technical Analyst
team when required.
