POSITION: Concerto Solution Consultant
CITY: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hong Kong
REPORTS TO: Regional Account Executive and Technical
Service Manager
KEY OBJECTIVE
Provide technical and functional technical Pre-sales
and Post-sales support to prospective customers and partners
while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
Design and validate Concerto CIM (Customer Interaction
Management) solutions, including advanced product concepts,
customer business relevance and future product direction.
Effectively present, communicate and demonstrate Concerto
CIM solution to the customer. Maintain expertise in the
latest product offerings, including competitive strengths
and weaknesses.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
artner with Account Executive by providing the necessary
support to compete effectively with key competitors
Develop, present and demonstrate Concerto CIM solutions
to prospective customers based on detailed customer requirements.
Understand the dependencies on other Concerto and 3rd
party components to develop complete solutions for customers
Support the development of customer workshops, pilots
and proof-of-concepts
Be the recognised subject matter expert for CIM solutions,
learn and maintain product knowledge and transfer knowledge
to internal Account Executive and other relevant Concerto
communities
Provide necessary input into RFP's
As an integral member of the sales team, contribute in
detailed qualification of opportunities, formulation of
strategies and technical approaches, plans for presales
campaigns
As an integral member of the technical support team -project
implementation at customer site
