可以从以下四个方面挖掘移动医疗的应用模式，推动移动医疗产业的健康发展和商业化：
1.通过使用移动医疗终端降低因地区和收入差异带来的医疗服务供给差距，提高民众的医疗费用支付能力，政府部门应鼓励在手机、平板电脑等移动终端上开发医疗类应用，或研发专用的移动医疗终端，并推动移动医疗服务的应用。
2.利用远程监控设备及其他移动技术辅助医疗过程，减少医疗服务差错，简化报销流程，提高管理效率，政府部门可以为采用远程监控设备及其他移动技术来提供咨询、诊疗服务的医疗健康服务商制定补偿措施。
3.发送医疗健康提醒，提升全民保健水平。利用手机等移动终端向患者和医生发送医疗提醒和诊断信息，提升患者的医疗健康服务体验，如通过短信或来电提醒保证患者服药的时间和剂量，提高治疗效果，医务人员和患者还可以通过智能手机应用来监测和治疗慢性病。
4.通过移动医疗健康助力政府部门更好地收集及分析健康数据，了解医疗相关政策的执行效果，基于对医疗健康数据的研究结果制定更好的决策。
